In April 2008, Performing Arts Center Eastside (PACE) announced the formation of the Act Two Guild. This Guild will focus on supporting PACE through outreach activities and fundraising events similar to their successful sister organization, the Act One Guild, which was formed in 2003. Utilizing connections in the communities in which the members live and work, the newest Guild of more than 30 dynamic women adds to a growing corps of more than 70 dedicated PACE Guild members who have made a commitment to raise community awareness and support for the future Bellevue-based performing arts center.
Inspired by their belief that the arts play an important role in developing healthy, vibrant communities, they are working not only for themselves, but for all Eastside families, who will share in the many benefits of PACE for decades to come. In April 2009, the Act Two Guild held the first of what will become its annual signature event, Silhouettes of Style.
